Coach of the Year Award
Pentucket’s very own Mr. Hickey recently won the Massachusetts Basketball Coaches Association Coach of the Year award. This is following a tremendous season by the Pentucket Boys Basketball team, who made it to the Division III State Championship at the Boston Garden.

What a well deserved win for Coach Hickey! The team had unreal success this past season. The team worked so hard all season. That hardwork paid off and brought the boys to the Garden for the first time it Pentucket boys basketball history! It must’ve been fun to their, especially becuase the Boston Celtics play on the same court!

Congratulations to Mr. Hickey for winning Coach of the year, and for the Basketball team for making it to Division III Championships! That is a great accomplishment to earn and a lot of effort must have been put in.

I think Mr Hickey deserved this award a lot. I also think that Coach Cox of the Pentucket XC team should of got the coach of the year award for his dedication to the team.
