About Time: Review
One of the newest romantic films, About Time is one of the best love stories I have seen in a long time. Directed by Richard Curtis and starring Rachel McAdams and Domhnall Gleeson, this movie had me in tears multiple times.
Tim, twenty one years old, realizes that he has the ability to time travel, as does his dad and all the men in their family. When he time travels he has the ability to go back in time and change what happened. Most would think this is a perfect power to have, but multiple times he gets himself into an even worse situation.
He believes that having a girlfriend is the number one thing he needs. That’s when he met the beautiful, yet insecure Mary. At first, he is so happy with the relationship and is loving life. But, he realizes that after sometime he becomes very stressed and confused with his life.
The time traveling becomes very dangerous and jeopardizes his family and his relationship with Mary who he loves deeply.
This movie is very heart warming and very eventful. I enjoyed seeing this movie right when it came out, and I plan to go again. I strongly recommend mostly girls to go see it, unless you’re a romantic flick guy. I can guarantee most people who see it will fall in love with the characters and the movie itself, like I did.
