Senior Feature: Hannah Murphy
May 29, 2020
Hannah Murphy is one of Pentucket’s hardworking and involved students graduating with the Class of 2020. As the school year comes to a close, Hannah has great plans for her future after high school.
Ever since she was only four years old, Hannah has danced at Dance Technics in Merrimac. Hannah has also played the violin in the Pentucket Orchestra up to her sophomore year.
Throughout Hannah’s high school career, she has worked at Nichols Village, a retirement community in Groveland, as a server in the dining room.
Once she graduates from Pentucket, Hannah will miss the close knit sense of community present throughout the school and getting to see all of her peers that she has known for so long. Hannah will also miss the teachers she has had over the years, all of whom have had a tremendous impact on her academic and personal life.
Out of all of the great adventures that Hannah has endeavored and the memories she has made as a Sachem, her favorite will always be spending time with the friends she made at Pentucket.
In the fall, Hannah will be attending Colby-Sawyer College in New London, New Hampshire. She will be majoring in Creative and Professional Writing.
