Hi, my name is Sophie Marcus. I am currently in the 10th grade at Pentucket Regional High School. What am I involved in? I play on the volleyball team and the tennis team here at Pentucket. There are many activities I enjoy doing such as painting, shopping, reading, writing, watching movies, and hanging out with my friends and family. I love helping other people with different things and I am a very caring person. Personally, I have always enjoyed writing essays and I have piqued interest in writing a lot from my writing lab class that I took last year. Journalism is not just a writing class, but it is an art to be talented at writing and be interested in it enough to take a class on it. I want to continue enjoying the art of writing by taking this class, so that is what inspired me to take this class. I can not wait to see what this class has to offer me and I hope you enjoy my work.
